Cityoga provides me with an experience that goes beyond the physical. The teachers have a depth of knowledge in the teaching of yoga and related philosophies that enriches my practice. Cityoga welcomes all and I’m glad to have found it. It’s a wonderful community.
I value Cityoga's diversity, in every way. Diverse community that is intentionally cultivated to make yoga accessible to everyone. And diverse offerings. I've tried so many new things from the study of the Yoga Sutras, Yoga Nidra to Kundalini to Rocket Yoga all taught by passionate, expert teachers. And plenty of more traditional (to me) vinyasa flow classes too.
I love Lisa’s heartfelt classes and offerings! Her somatic classes are intentional, grounding, and fulfilling. Her somatic teacher training helped level up my own yoga teaching. I highly recommend anything Lisa offers at cityoga!
