10/10 recommend. I went through them and first steps got my child’s speech therapy. We were in it for about 10-11 months and the results were amazing. Our speech therapist, Miss Katie ( as my son calls her) was so amazing to work with. She was cheerful, very informative and resourceful when I had questions on how to help my child on the days she wasn’t there. My son was labeled a mute when he started speech and he he is now a chatterbox! Thank you ♥️
My son has been receiving therapy from CTC since he was 2 years old and in first step. He has seen a total of 6 therapists for different services he’s needed and every single one has been amazing. In the 4 years we’ve been going here we truly feel like family. Everyone is so kind and the environment is so positive. The therapists and staff are always providing thoughtful insights and creative solutions for whatever goal we are trying to reach. They are always asking questions about my son to really get to know him and incorporate his special interests into his therapy. Jordan has done amazing things for my son Noah. When she started working with Noah he only had three words and a couple sounds, now he is completely able to communicate with us thanks to Jordan’s help and ideas that we implement at home. She has taken our world and broadened it completely! Thank you to Children’s Therapy Connection and Jordan for helping our son grow so much!
