Carter’s My Plumber was fantastic! We called and within 24 hours, they were in our home helping us fix the problem. Jacob, our technician, was absolutely amazing—professional, thorough, and walked us through each step of the process. They had everything resolved in no time. Highly recommend!
My second stellar experience with Carter’s. Alex was great. He took the time to clean out my drain and do some extra legwork. This resulted in discovering a quick fix that was not part of the initial analysis. Any other technician would have tried to upsell me instead.
Alex was awesome. On time, fixed the plumbing issues, and gave some great advice regarding some of the plumbing for this old house that we just moved into. Will definitely use them next time I need a plumber!
