My second stellar experience with Carter’s. Alex was great. He took the time to clean out my drain and do some extra legwork. This resulted in discovering a quick fix that was not part of the initial analysis. Any other technician would have tried to upsell me instead.

Everyone we dealt with at Carter’s My Plumber was very professional and easy to work with. We had a leaky water heater replaced. All of our options for a replacement were explained including costs. We are very happy with how well the installation was done and how neat and clean everything looked afterwards. We would definitely use them again.
