We previously had carpet that was worn out and needed to be replaced. We worked with Rob and Noah and they were able to help us pick out the vinyl plank that we liked the most. It turned out incredible and we could not be happier with the results. The price was very reasonable compared to a couple other big box stores making the decision to use these guys a no brainer. The installer was even able to repair a part of the slab underneath all as a part of the original price. Definitely make sure you get a quote from these guys when shopping for new floors!

So far so good. The reason for a 4 star is the sales guy missed the appointment by 4 hrs and I had to call him to remind him to come measure the rooms. But I will update this review after install is complete

I looked at three other popular flooring stores before being referred to Carpet Values. Noah helped me pick the perfect LVP for our basement. The install guys did a great job. Highly recommend them!
