I planned to purchase tile from this company and was charged the incorrect amount. I immediately wrote back and asked them to fix the erroneous charge. I have reached out repeatedly and the issue has still not been corrected. No one is answering my emails or phone calls. This has now taken 6 months! I attempted to dispute the charge but long story short, my CC company said I have to deal with this through the merchant. COMPLETELY DISHONEST. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I will happily remove this review if the issue is corrected.
