Our HVAC has been serviced 3 times by other service providers since we moved here 2 months ago, no air flow. Coils have been changed, air intake made larger, larger blow vent added, etc... nothing worked despite my suggestions to check inside the unit. Butler M-K showed up today and opened the entire unit up and had me working correctly in 45 minutes. All previous work by other service providers were unneeded and just milking a paycheck. These guys are honest and quick! Thank you for finally fixing my system correctly!!

Wonderful service (1/15/24) - my furnace stopped working at 2:30 am this morning and it became unbearably cold in my house. Butler MK sent the nicest gentleman out to check out my furnace and it was very dirty in a couple of parts - he cleaned them and now I have heat again. I will have to buy another furnace I think this year and that is no problem at all and I will most certainly let Butler MK do the work!!!!

Jeremy and TC accurately diagnosed the problem with my zone control, promptly sourced the replacement control and installed it as soon as they had it. Fast, friendly, with great updates from Nate the owner along the way. Thanks, guys!
