I would give more stars if possible. Fantastic service. I needed some new keys and they were on top of it. In and out in less than 15 minutes. If I need any locksmith services, this is the place I am going
We had a jammed locked on our condominium mailbox. Broad Ripple Lock had someone out to us within 15 minutes. Both the person who answered the phone and the locksmith, Eric, were incredibly kind. Cannot recommend enough!
i had a broken key in the lock of my security door. i called another locksmith who was unsuccessful removing the broken key and suggested that i have the whole lock replaced. I called Broad Ripple Lock Service and the key was removed in about 10 minutes. Robert was punctual, friendly and thoroughly checked the lock to make sure it worked properly with my new key.
