We have used this company for years and love them!! When trouble hits, as it always does…these folks treat their customers right. Recently lost our very old ac/ heat pump unit and they hooked us up with a window ac to get us through this hot spell until new can be installed. Their technician, Brian is a great guy…everyone at Bolls we have had to deal with has been first class. Wonderful company!!!!!
I bought my first home and within two weeks of closing our 30 year AC unit finally kicked the bucket. Our home warranty company sent a tech out to investigate the issue and found the unit needed replaced entirely. Said tech and his company provided us a quote that ended up being $3000ish more than what Boll's quoted us. We opted to shop around for other quotes and I'm grateful we did! I called Boll's and they were able to have someone out the next day to look over our system and get us a quote. This service was free! Nick came out and was extremely friendly and efficient. He made me feel comfortable and heard. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for doing so. After consulting with my partner and discussing options, we decided to go with Boll's. They got us on the schedule for the following week which we were beyond grateful for. Derrick and Joe just left our home after completing the replacement and I couldn't be more pleased. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves- even wiping off our floors as it had been raining today! Boll's is truly a one of a kind local business that lives up to their promise. It is obvious they take care of not only their customers but their staff as well. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Boll's!
