We had a major water leak in our basement after a pipe burst during a cold snap. Blue Air Environmental came out within a few hours of us calling, and they were absolute pros from start to finish. The crew was respectful, efficient, and really took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They dried everything out, treated for mold, and even worked with our insurance company to smooth out the claims process. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I work at Petco in Louisville and Blue River Environmental and Restoration was contracted to replace our foyer carpeting. Aaron and Colin did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the whole process and were very welcoming to our customers passing through the work area.
