Best experience I could have imagined having. The owner, Kyle, is genuine, knowledgeable, and seems to care more about protecting trees than making money off eliminating them. Kyle walked us through which trees could be saved on our property, rather than pay him to cut them down, and which ones are needed to be removed. The experience was honest and very professional. Would recommend Blue Ox Tree Care of Indiana to anyone looking for an honest opinion/advice on their trees, as well as excellent service/prices on whatever work is agreed upon. 10/5 stars.

After a neighbor recommended them, we hired Blue Ox Tree Care of Indiana to cut down 2 dead trees and grind up 1 stump. Kyle and his team were professional and punctual for both the inspection/estimate and day of cutting. They cleaned our yard up afterward and even hauled away dead limbs that we had cut ourselves. We are extremely happy with their work and would hire them again. A detail I found to be noteworthy-their paper estimates and invoices were printed on biodegradable paper. It's the little things that stand out to us. Highly recommend this company!

Reach out for a estimate on tree trimming. Did not hear back for a couple days then was told that they were coming at 4pm (in 2 hours). Stated I would not be home. They came anyway, earlier than 4:00 p.m. made my dog go crazy while my husband was on a conference call. But the worst of it was that I was insulted by text when I wrote them and told them that I would not be home and wasn't sure why they stopped by anyway. They texted "I'm sorry you don't seem like the type of customer that would appreciate how hard we work. Good luck in your search. " Really, you disrespect my wishes then insult me? If they are so disrespectful in text and wishes then they would not respect my property if they came out. Buyer beware! Btw their quote was actually really high anyway.

We hired Kyle to trim and raise some overgrown trees on our property. He was knowledgeable and gave us a very fair price. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up the yard when they were finished. We are so pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

Kyle is hands-on and personable in his approach to scouting the location and providing a fair and reasonable game plan for addressing the overgrowth we had with several trees crowding our house and other trees. He and his team worked around extreme weather to do a thorough and clean job. He is educated in best practices for tree removal and limb removal. His team protected our lawn and in high traffic areas put down grass seed to repair damage. It was a pleasure for my wife and I to choose Blue Ox Tree Care of Indiana for our home in the Geist Fishers area.
