Charles was so professional. It was obvious he cared about me and my well-being. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and it’s always been great, but Charles was the most impactful. I had an amazing experience at the Bell Flower Clinic today thanks to two staff members Charles and Katie. I have historically had terrible experiences at the Bell Flower Clinic but Charles and Katie really changed my perspective and opinion. Today I learned that their staff had knowledgeable, considerate, kind, and caring people. I recommend requesting them if they are working and I hope this is a new start to a wonderful staff in the clinic. Thank you Charles and Katie!
