We had a great experience with Jay. We had an old radon system from pervious owners that wasn't working properly and he was able to come within a few days and repair it and get our levels to a good range. Definitely will recommend him and use him again as needed.
Couldn't recommend more. We recently bought a house and negotiated a radon installation as part of the purchase. The national company that the seller used botched the job and radon was still regularly at 7. Our basement has a perimeter drain, but instead of tying into this, the original installer drilled a new hole that had filled with water, so no radon was being mitigated. Jay quickly tied into our existing drain system, and since then radon has been below 1.
More than that, he cleaned up the basement, unclogged our drain, and left everything looking much nicer than when he arrived.
If I could give more stars, I would.
