Since my hip surgery Altra Homecare has provided aides to provide care for my wife who has dementia. I have been consistently pleased with the care given to my wife. Several days ago that care exceeded my expectationsI was in the back of the house and my wife found some food I left out. She helped herself and, as she normally does, she put far too much into her mouth and tried to swallow far too much. As I was out of earshot I did not hear my wife choking. The wonderful aide, Sherifia, heard the choking noise and came to rescue my wife.
