First appointment with Katie was great! She took the time to listen to my concerns and made suggestions to address each issue. I received an IPL treatment and she talked me through each step and made me feel very comfortable during a procedure I was nervous about. I have already seen some reduction in redness on my cheeks and my overall skin texture has improved. I plan to continue to see Katie for more treatments.
