I want to sincerely thank Dr. Harper and the entire nursing team for the amazing care I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Harper took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire experience.
The nurses were absolutely wonderful — attentive, patient, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate. Their support and positive attitude made such a difference and helped ease my nerves. I truly felt like I was in the best hands possible.
Thank you all for going above and beyond. Your dedication and care are deeply appreciated...read full review
About a month ago, I was told by my primary doctor, because my grandmother died of breast cancer, there was a possibility I didn't have to wait until I was 40 for a screening. I made an appointment with Community East Breast Cancer Center. This morning I went to my appointment and at check in I was told that I had to sign a waiver, saying that if Anthem(my insurance) didn't cover the cost I was responsible for the cost out-of-pocket. ($570.00) no big deal. I just would have wanted to know ahead of time therefore I could have spoken to Anthem. They lady told me that I have 20 mins they could wait before re-schedule. I got anthem on the phone and they confirmed me that this was a part of my plan after I'm in the waiver as quickly talk back to the example of by Miss Deb.Deb was very nice and comforting. She did my exam and walked me through it step-by-step. I was very shocked, surprised that the exam only took about 10 minutes. She explained to me that I was a baseline patient which other than my family medical history I had no other concerns because this was my first exam and I had nothing to compare the images to. So if there was nothing of concern found on the exams today there is no concern. Overall my experience was good and I'd encourage this in the community health network to ask about the breast cancer screenings.
My daughter had an allergic reaction to shellfish. she was so swollen her tongue wouldn't fit in her mouth And her body was the color of a tomato. I thought she might die. The staff here saved her life. they were kind and checked on her repeatedy. Very grateful
