I would not recommend using this service. I hired Steve to do some mold testing at one of our properties. When he answered the phone he was very short. Prior to the service being completed I asked how he sends invoices and if there would be a credit/debit card link to pay online he stated yes. After the service was completed he sent an email with the report. He did not call to follow up and explain the report at all. I had to ask how to pay him as there was not payment link attached to the invoice. He responded with “Send check”. With the lack of communication, transparency and professionalism I would not recommend Steve.

After an indoor air quality test revealed elevated mold levels in our home, we searched for a professional to help us identify the source and come up with a plan to remediate. we called multiple contractors and nobody would assist us. We heard alot of things that made us feel like there was really nothing to worry about. Then I reached out to a trusted inspector who referred me to Steve Ambro. Steve is the most competent, thorough, professional Industrial Hygenist in the business. He helped us identify the source, developed a protocol and responded to our questions quickly and thoroughly. Will recommend him to everyone!

Steve Ambro did a home inspection and no where in his 39 page report did he mention any possible water leaks from a waterline that was turned off and going to my outside faucet. on my moving day the AC repairman turned on this waterline and I noted immediately that water was running out from under my exterior siding. To go on I had 3 water leaks from this water pipe over the next 24-36 hours that has ruined my hardwood floors. Steve will not stand by his poor inspection and has refused to report this incident to his insurance company even though he is liable for the damage. I do have witnesses to these leaks and the all the water standing on and in my hardwood flooring....read full review
