My husband and I recently closed on our first home, and Scott performed our inspection. Scott had the perfect balance between being thorough and efficient with his time, and I felt confident that we were getting a quality inspection from start to finish. Additionally, as a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Scott was very kind and patient about explaining to me what he was looking at and what we should focus on getting repaired. His service was well-worth the money we paid for it, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Scott was prompt, thorough and found several safety issues - including one that other inspectors have not found in other units for sale in our community but seems to be a builder defect. My neighbors even commented that I had a good inspector! He took the time to thoroughly explain each and review each item with me and ensure I understood which ones were safety issues and which were "negotiable". As a single parent counting every penny, I would use Scott again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him!
