Scott was prompt, thorough and found several safety issues - including one that other inspectors have not found in other units for sale in our community but seems to be a builder defect. My neighbors even commented that I had a good inspector! He took the time to thoroughly explain each and review each item with me and ensure I understood which ones were safety issues and which were "negotiable". As a single parent counting every penny, I would use Scott again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him!

I had an incredible experience with Premium Inspection Services. Scott was above-and-beyond thorough for our home inspection. He was extremely respectful that we wanted to shadow the inspection - and he was so informative. He was teaching us the entire time we were there. Our home is older, so there was a lot to find but it is very clear that he is very experienced and knowledgeable of a wide range of things. Very organized, very professional, and it's clear they value educating their clients.
