They did a main line clean out and 6 days after, it was clogged again and this time flooded an entire apartment. I called to get the story of why this happened and was told 3 different versions, none of them clear all pointing the finger back at us. When I asked them to clarify, I then proceeded to get screamed at by Brandy Poling (office manager) via phone.

She told me multiple times they have 40 years of experience and have never done shorty work, however this obviously isn’t the case given the multiple other low reviews.

Needless to say I would NOT recommend and will NOT be using them again.

Beware - This guy is angry, aggressive, and all out unprofessional. We are experiencing septic issues and called to see if he was available to come out to diagnose/resolve it. He was incredibly rude from the very beginning. Then, when my husband asked for his pricing, it became even worse. We told him we didn't want his business and just hung up. I have no idea how he gets ANY business with the way he treats his "customers".

Chuck's employees were professional and did a good job. However, they charged me $110 for the 5-10 minutes it took them to move my toilet and put it back. I was not informed beforehand that there would be an excessive fee for moving my toilet 1 ft. I would not expect an auto mechanic to charge me $100 to remove tires in order to do a break job. I would have gladly moved the toilet myself if I knew it would be an excessive fee. When I called Chuck to discuss it with him, he informed me that there's nothing wrong with charging over $600/hr to move a toilet or to charge me an extra $110 for something so simple without informing me beforehand. The quality of work was good but the cost for repairing a minor clog was excessive and included undisclosed fees.
