Luke Tompkins was very nice and professional top tier tech. Over all experience with him was wonderful for an emergency fix that unfortunately was caused by previous techs. Luke was quick to respond and fix the issues at hand. Thank you Luke! As for the over all experience I’m disappointed in how my home was left.
It started with the techs not arriving until almost 11am. After arrival they left again a little after 12pm. They did return until after 1pm and then left for the day at 2pm leaving my home with no drains. We were told to camp out and use buckets for the evening.
