I'm glad I didn't have to deal with Cheryl the tax agent because she is rude and she has short answers. Im glad pam was able to assit her in explaining my questions. Other then that I'm satisfied.“

When I receive the taxes back in the mail they are neatly prepared and easy for me to go over the completed paperwork for any questions or If I feel there was an error which thankfully I have never found. I do not feel the need for personal interaction.“
