I give three stars because if you do your own laundry it is fine. I have dropped my laundry off twice and it has come back wet. I only went back again because I thought it was a mistake. I won’t be dropping my laundry off again but just let them know to make sure your laundry is dry.

Nice helpful staff. Clean place. Need to advertise better...last load in at 8 closes at 10 for those who don't know this. I got locked out at 8:15 in the cold for a few min. but I understand safety issue for employee working alone.

This place serves its purpose. You can clean your clothes here but it's very old on the inside. Feels like you walked into a time capsule to 1991. Washers and dryers are old. But did the job. Would I come back? If I absolutely had to but I'd rather not to. The washers in my building are not that great that's why we tried here.
