However, my experience took a positive turn thanks to a stylish employee, distinguishable by her distinctive "Aries" tattoo—whose name, regrettably, I forgot to ask. She dedicated her time to guide me through various sections of the store, introducing multiple alternative pomade options, and explaining the differences among them. Additionally, she assisted with my checkout process, where her kindness and professionalism were again notably exceptional.“
