“I've loved ossamas for over 10 years now.... not too much lately bc I wear protective styles, but when I want to wear it out, that's where I go and they do a great job every time. Even when I don't want to pay for a trim, they do it if it's really needed and I love the care I get. The only thing I don't like is the assembly line of people I have to tip.... but then my hair looks great, and I don't mind.“
