“Yesterday I posted a review on Great Clips in Merrillville IN, it was negative. I recieved an e mail from the owner, Katie. She was apologetic, and wanted to make this right. Offered any of her 5 stores and assured me the issues would be addressed. No excuses, no shaming just taking responsibility and sincerely wanting to make it right. We went to Crown Point and Kaitlyn (sorry if spelling is wrong) took great care to make sure the cut was corrected. We will use this Great Clips, and will ask for Kaitlyn. Katie, the owner not only made it right she has earned our business in the future.“
