Yesterday I posted a review on Great Clips in Merrillville IN, it was negative. I recieved an e mail from the owner, Katie. She was apologetic, and wanted to make this right. Offered any of her 5 stores and assured me the issues would be addressed. No excuses, no shaming just taking responsibility and sincerely wanting to make it right. We went to Crown Point and Kaitlyn (sorry if spelling is wrong) took great care to make sure the cut was corrected. We will use this Great Clips, and will ask for Kaitlyn. Katie, the owner not only made it right she has earned our business in the future.

My usual place overbooked so I got turned away from an appointment I booked! I really needed a haircut… I was past the point of putting it off. I only had today to get it done so I decided to give Great Clips a chance. I was nervous I won’t lie. I even asked if they can cut women’s hair… so I apologize for that because I’m not kidding I got the best trim ever I’ve received from Brad. He was great. He did exactly what I asked for. He didn’t experiment, product or service push, and he was kind. It was $21 not including tip. I will definitely be back.

I came in as a new customer needing a simple haircut and Katie graciously helped me out with not only giving me a much needed cut, but also answered a bunch of questions I had since I needed to find new products for my hair and other hair care.
