i had cataract surgery on both eyes DR Doug is just great and everyone there made me feel very comfortable. sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but you know when it is your turn they will take as much time as needed to do a thorough exam and for you to leave knowing all your questions and concerns have been addressed. i have to say even though everyone is fantastic i do favor DR Doug. for any eye issues i would never want to go anywhere else. if you want the best i suggest you go there you won't be sorry

It was a good experience! Drs and associates all very polite and professional. The only thing I can say needs to improve is getting service closer to appointment times. Well over an hour before mine began!

The front desk staff was excellent, very personable. The next staff young lady was excellent too, then the Nurse she was nice and quiet. The Dr. was straight to the point and I was able to ask questions. Great Overall Experience!! I would recommend Williams Eye Institute!!!
