We recently had two service calls, and both Leland and Brandon were very helpful. They were both friendly, professional and thorough, and explained the best options for our AC situation. We've always appreciated how the Mr.Quik team treats our concerns with urgency and efficiency.
Jared was amazing! He came out after 9pm after I’d spent the day loving and finally realized my AC wasn’t working. He spent an hour trouble shooting our problems and figured it out so we didn’t have to. Most importantly, when he left we had a working AC! I will definitely use Mr. Quik again and ask for Jared. I have been with Mister Quik in terms of a maintenance agreement as well as often having them do new projects for me such as my tankless water heater changing fixtures just many things. Today, out of all the excellent service that I have had over the years I have to say, the plumber that was here today named Jody, was so bright so professional explained everything made me feel very secure as far as having the gas valve no longer working that was behind my stove as I’ve now gotten an electric stove.
