I come here to see Dr Averill /primary care physician. He is a young, professional Dr with rest bedside manner. Didn't realize until today that they have a lab center within the same building, so you can get everything done you need in 1 stop- love that. New office building, very clean.
Went in for a COVID test on 1/14/22 and everyone was great until the lady who did the swab test. She was rude- very rude and argumentative. Amazing how one person can ruin your whole experience. I was feeling terrible and on too of that had a lot of stress going on in my personal life. Just goes to say you never know what people are dealing with so be kind. She was NOT. And I work at a major hospital downtown and realize these workers are heavily taxed with seeing patients and the system is overwhelmed. But that's prt of health care and what you signed up for when you chose health care. Not excusable.
