I had two left shoulder shoulder surgeries. The first, a slap tear repair in September of 2022 and the second, a shoulder manipulation "surgery". Mandy, Lyndsey, Jamie, Mike, Gage, Emma, the entire Hayden team encouraged me to keep going when I felt I couldn't go anymore.
