After a recent bad and untrustworthy experience with another company (if you hear bad things about a company from multiple people, trust that!) , I was referred to Excel by a family friend. The first company wanted to replace almost my entire AC unit that was only 4 yr old. Excel came out and fixed what actually needed to be fixed. Eli was the tech. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I’m very thankful I called Excel. I’ll be using them from now on and referring anyone I can!
I’ve been using Excel for over 25 years. They are the best!
Our service tech, (Eli), did a great job! He was punctual, professional, and thorough.
