Blake Roger's is the man! We are so thankful for him. My brother really loved Aireserv.....and referred us to then. Then enters Blake. He was cool, calm, collected, experienced, informative, not pushy, went above and beyond in many ways for us that ended up saving us a bunch of money. Great communication & assistance from the office staff! Brittney & Melissa have been wonderful to speak with by phone!Blake was sent out to my home the same day I called (due to AC not kicking on). Blake explained everything so well & was very professional, outgoing & polite! The very next morning, Brian & the two gentleman with him, installed a new HVAC system & were VERY professional & did a OUTSTANDING job of completing everything (ALL THE WAY!! Not Half way. That is rare to find a company that takes that much pride in their work these days)! My wife came home Monday afternoon from major surgery and on Tuesday afternoon our air conditioning started not keeping up after a neighborhood power outage occurred once the power returned. I called Air Serv at 7:15 pm and talked to Melissa who asked many questions about the system and what we had done to correct ourselves. After about a 10 minute discussion she had us in the schedule for 8:00 this morning, Wednesday where two techs, Luke and Zach, showed up at 8:00 am and proceeded to diagnose and repair the system.
