Bri-Tech Heating and Cooling

Stay away from this company. Had them install a completely new system. Less than a year later it’s freezing up. Called to have them repair as part of the warranty. The tech never came after setting up the appointment for the next day. I’ve been told to expect a tech to call me back for almost 3 months, and now the company won’t answer or return my calls. After looking further into the issue they also left an old air filter in the duct under the unit that is covered in mold, which blowing through my ducts.

Brian Picklesmyre is a class act and his crew does amazing work. I would recommend him and his crew anytime. We were in desperate need for a new heating system and he came to save the day. Thanks guys!
