Long story short...made things right by admitting they had made a small mistake on the install of an A/C at the home I purchased. I didn't pay the for the install (the seller did), but they were impressive in their reaction time and problem solving as soon as I made them aware of the issue. Once I contacted them, there was never a doubt they were solving the problem. Received a follow up call to insure that I was satisfied. A simple (meaningful) thing, but who else does that these days? I will use them again. Five stars for sure.
