So how often are you asked to rate your dry cleaner? I mean... as long as they don't lose or destroy my clothes, I'm happy, right?That being said... I moved to the area at the first of the year and starting using Ziker for my work clothes. I really like that if I make a drop before 9AM, I get them back the same day! And just this morning, I started with their new, FREE service of pick up and drop off at my house! Yup... you read that right: FREE!Whether it be cleaning and pressing all my shirts, tailoring a tux, or sewing velcro on my flight jacket, they rock! Great people... great service... very reasonable rates!

I took an item for a simple alteration. You know how it is, no matter if it is a small job, you go to the end of the cue. Well, that same afternoon, I got an email that it was ready for pick-up. As always, it was a professional job. Exactly what I wanted. I have alteration work done regularly at Ziker and, every time, the work is impeccable with the item pressed, on a hanger for my pick-up.
