Reasonably priced and good quality work. They replaced the zipper in a high quality leather coat that I have and likely extended it's life by years. Delivery was completed as promised.
I don't understand the negative reviews. I have done dozens of alterations here and have never had a bad experience. Most recently, she patched two holes in a North Face down jacket (where down was leaking out), using the material from one of the pockets, and you have to hunt for where the holes were.
Contrary to some of the other reviews, I LOVED my experience with Kim!! I decided to elope and only had three weeks to get my dress altered. she was prompt with visits, did everything I asked and the dress was a perfect fit. I got my dress back a week before my wedding and have zero complaints. She even celebrated with me when I tried it on for the last time. Highly recommend!
