Our water stopped running on a Saturday evening and we needed help ASAP.After calling so called "emergency" services with no response we contacted Tatay Sunday morning expecting a return contact on Monday. To our delight the phone rang minutes after leaving a message and in an hour we were getting a replacement tank and we'll pump (both had failed) installed. Before doing anything an inspection was done and explained with a quote and up front fair pricing. Best service experience we have ever had and recommend them highly.Services: Pump repairs & installation
I had Tatay out in 2014 for a well pump replacement in early February when we had over a foot of snow on the ground and temperatures near zero. Despite these horrible conditions, they were efficient and got the job done! I contacted them last night to ask about a water pressure issue and they promptly called me back this morning and addressed all of my concerns without pressuring me for a service call! Great company and good people. Hard to find businesses like this these days.Services: Pump installation
Great same day service Lucas and the man working with him are a great team Polite and when running about half hour late they called and let me know.They changed my presser tank and well pump in about 2.5 hours and had everything running like new.Great service, Lucas explained what was needed and why and answered questions as I asked them I will recommend TaTay to anyone who needs well service.ThanksJohn & Bobbie Lou.
