Sylists and experience are consistebtly great. Online check-in has led to a handful of frustrating experiences where suggested check in time has still seen me wait 30+ minutes for a haircut. If they could clean that up it would be perfect.
Did a online reservation went really smoothly didn't have to wait inside they will text you when to come in. Had Allyson as my stylist picked the mvp package she did a wonderful job.
I had a great experience at Great Clips thanks to Anita today. She was amazing - and loves to talk! She made sure everything was just right and took care of my needs without rushing through the appointment. It’s not always easy to find someone who makes you feel right at home I’ll be coming back to see her again!
