“I found these words written by my Grandma Jo across the back of an envelope while at her house about 8 years ago. This was after we knew about her Alzheimer's diagnosis but before she had started losing abilities like writing, speaking, etc. I knew then that this was a special little treasure, so I tucked the envelope away, planning to eventually use it for a tattoo. Today felt like the right moment to honor both of my grandmas - the writing and purple petunias for Grandma Jo and the hummingbird for Grandma Wanda. “3 of us came into today as a group to get a piercing. We were not rushed through. Nicole took a solid 30+ minutes on each of us. I personally haven't had the best luck elsewhere in the past so a few of my face holes need redone. I am so happy with how Nicole fixed someone else's mistake. I am definitely coming back to have her fix my other ones and get new ones. I also appreciate how vocally and physically thorough she was. I felt heard and comfortable. 10/10“
