I just went here to get my first tattoo tonight on a whim. I was a walk-in, but even though they do prefer appointments to be made in-advance, especially since I wanted a small, simple tattoo, the people there were very nice and understanding, and were willing to answer all the questions I had. I was also very nervous to get a tattoo for the first time, and everyone there was super patient with me, and even gave me a squishy blobfish toy to squeeze while I was getting my tattoo!
