The pharmacy is amazing. They are always great at communicating and very nice and polite people. I never thought I would have a family pharmacy experience at a doctors office clinic but here it is about 5 years later and they are still fun to talk to, smile and refreshing. Thats why I choose them even though there are closer pharmacies near me.

After the tough morning I had today… the kindness and helpfulness of ALEX AND MARIELLA (in radiology) made all the difference. They truly went the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. Their genuine care and attention to detail are commendable. Highly recommend!

I get the feeling that they don't really care. Lots of little mistakes. Inaccurate info in chart notes. Making mistakes with referrals (no physician signature). Telling me they don't have time to see me...go to Immediate Care Clinic. Lack of direction of how can I handle pain and other ideas that could have helped me. I advise you not to go there. I now feel that I have to find a new doctor.

Been coming here for about 2 years. Have had 3 doctors because they can't get anyone to stay. Will now be changing doctors after arriving 10 minutes late and being told I will have to reschedule when it normally takes over 30 minutes for them to see me when I arrive on time. Just a complete joke of a medical practice.

I've been going to this location of the Southbend Clinic for over 15 yrs. My Dr retired two years ago and i got placed with another in the same facility. I have seen my new Dr around ten times and have scheduled a physical with him twice. in the two years that I have been with him he has not gotten up off his stool and provided me the service my insurance is paying for and i have yet to get a physical. I complained to him about pain in my neck and head and the response was thats weird. i complained about chest pains and instead of getting up to listen to my heart he scheduled me with a cardiologist. he has never checked my heart, lungs, feet because I'm diabetic, absolutely nothing. i finally after two years got up the courage to file an official complaint and what did they do transferred me to another location 35 min from my home and 45 min from my job and I have yet to hear anything from anyone in management from this facility or the head of the SB Clinic. either this Dr is a homophobe or he is just providing bad service to all his patients and insurance companies are getting taken to the cleaners and the SB Clinic is allowing it to happen. I would never reccomend anyone going to this facility or any location of the SB Clinic because they truly do not care about their patients.

Doctors are good, but they continue to change staffing. Not good for someone looking for a long term physician

Edit: things have turned around greatly at South Bend Clinic since the addition of MyChart the only reason they don't have a 5 star is because it is difficult to get in for a sick appointment at times.
Not based on the Dr... Solely on the office... I just waited for 45 mins to be hung up on...? and now I can't get back through.

The absolute worst!! After Dr Parrish left I got in with Dr Sharp. She was amazing but then she left with no notice to me! I ran out of meds and now they are refusing to fill them or complete my needed blood work since I’m no longer with a doctor yet! They gave me no notice she left and are now leaving me to in a behind since last minute in rushing to find a new doctor!

I love the MyChart app. I usually get same day responses. Dr. Carter and his staff always do their best to accommodate me when I have urgent issues come up. Which can be often because I have multiple complex health issues. My refills are prompt. I always use the my chart app it's much better communication than calling and leaving messages. Also after a traumatic emergency I was able to communicate on MyChart with my therapist Diane Scott and she was able to give me a telehealth appt when she received a cancellation.I have had nothing but fairly prompt communication. Scheduling or other issues are resolved in a timely manner. My refill requests are always prompt as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Carter's here since my early 20s. I'm now in my early 40s. I don't know what kind of experiences other people have had but I am treated very well by all my doctors through South Bend Clinic.
