Jerry Yoder showed up on time for our scheduled appointment and was warm-hearted when he walked through our front door. He was very professional in both his appearance and demeanor. Jerry took time to check out all of our concerns and was transparent and honest about his findings. He explained that most of our issues were not critical and told us what to prioritize should we decide to make repairs. He definitely placed our welfare and pocket book ahead of his own profit. He arrived to our home a stranger, but he left a friend. It was a pleasure to meet Jerry and we will certainly trust him with all our future foundation needs.

It's been several years since we had our basement leak resolved utilizing Yoder's Shotcrete system. The leak was in the basement wall where the well line enters the basement. Previous owner tried various remedies which did not work. The Shotcrete system was injected into the wall around the leakage and totally stopped the leakage. Highly recommend Yoder's Home Services!
