The gentlemen who came out to discuss all the details where very friendly and professional. The gentlemen who actually came to do the work were also professional and friendly. They had the job done in two days, they also covered our items with plastic in the basement and cleaned up after they were done. We did have a few issues with our schedule and some other minor things, but they were quick to resolve the problems.It's great walking down to the basement and not having that musty oder and not having to see those cement walls.I highly recommend this company.

I have had multiple companies out for estimates. From the big names to the small. I have been given estimates from $3000 to $30000 to fix moisture problem in my basement. The sales rep Joseph with Erie was by far the most honest and informative. The products and services they offer have the best warranties available. After Josephs thorough inspection and explanation of the problem and solution I finally felt secure to go forward with a plan of action. Thank you Joseph for your honesty, integrity and knowledge.
