I had an appointment in April and wasn't thrilled with the service, but decided to call & see how much it would cost to re-order contacts. I was given a specific price and decided to order. When it was time to check out, Joyce gave me a total $20 higher than she had just quoted. When I asked for clarification, she was extremely rude and said, "Well, that's how much they were when you last ordered them. They've gone up." Okay. So why wasn't I given the new price when I asked? I do not recommend this location.

Never try to come here and try to solve your needs. They are not willing to help you even with an appointment. They are not friendly. They act in the worst way and disrespect. Good service will never come first here so stay away and go somewhere more professional. I have the worst experience

I called ahead for my prescription and they told me I have to come in and get it which wasn’t a problem. I show up 10 minutes later to pick it up and they could not find my prescription in my file… I sat waiting for 30 minutes for them to not have the one thing my file should have.
