AJ was very friendly, professional, and very informative about the work being done. Very very pleased with the work. Will highly recommend mechanical man. Will definitely be using mechanical man in the future when needed. Great company and great people.
I called mechanical man for a complicated project- my shower handle seized and needed a whole work up with a new valve body. Kevin came to the rescue. He did an outstanding job! I would request him. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and nice! I am relieved to finally take a hot shower.
They took the time to verify our water heater was still under warranty. That alone saved us over $1,500 vs. a competitor who didn’t take the time to see if it still had warranty left. Customer service matters and they were excellent. We will be referring our family and friends to them.
