My experience at this salon was exceptional. My stylist was Chelsea, and she did an amazing job fixing my hair (which I may or may not have cut myself during quarantine) and somehow gave me everything I asked for, which is a miracle in itself. She was also a delight to talk to! 10/10 would come here again.

I have been going to L & M for many years,donated my hair several several times throughout the years to Locks of Love. I have never had a bad experience with these awesome Ladies! I have nothing but GOOD to say and I honestly hope that y'all feel spectacular and beautiful when you leave like I do. Thank you L & M!!

I have only had one terrible experience here with a girl that no longer works there. I left for a few months, and the woman I went to butchered my hair, so I came crawling back and they accepted me with open arms (after grilling me to make sure none of the girls there were responsible for my hair at the time). I refuse to go anywhere else—even if the price is a little steep.
