Keystone RV Customer Service provides dealer and owner service for Keystone RV Company, Crossroads RV, and Dutchmen RV. Employees in the receiving department, in particular, have been recognized for their efforts. In one instance, after initial problems including a frame failure and the need for repeated repairs to the Swintek in the bedroom, a customer's RV underwent extensive repairs. The service center replaced side walls, the front closet wall, axles, tires, shackles, springs, the entry door, and steps. They also updated the bedroom slide window, applied new membrane to all slides, installed new floors, and a new upgraded heater. These repairs, done under customer care, went far above what the customer anticipated. The customer expressed thanks for the superb job to all the techs and specific individuals in customer service.
We Took our montana in for service,all we can say is Wow!!!Everyone in the service department treated us like they were working on their own RV. Bought a brand new 5th wheel and wish we didn't, worst purchase of our lives. After leaving the dealer the compartment doors flew open on the highway, the fridge was wired incorrectly, the slide hit the fridge door when pulled in causing damage, and too much more to mention. Oh yeah, one more, big crack formed up the side of the camper. Working on second attempt to fix it now. I would recommend staying away from this brand.
After less than 3 years, the roof of my RV is already leaking. From many spots...Keystone’s workmanship is terrible, and their so-called structural warranty barely covers anything—what a joke! When I called for help, I was met with the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Plus the Manager never called back....
Deedra Scott from customer service actually told me that my call “did not warrant a manager” and proceeded to talk to me like I was a child. Completely unprofessional and insulting. Instead of standing by their product, they dismiss your concerns and make you feel like you’re the problem.
