I started seeing Dr. Haley almost a month ago, I've had mobility issues for 6 years now. Completed 4 in years of therapy. If you are looking for a physical therapy. I highly recommend inside track physical therapy and wellness. Jamie and her staff have been nothing but the best. They listen, to what your goals are and what you want to do and help you find the best workout or stretch to achieve your goals.
I wanted to find a way to PREVENT injury and BUILD strength in preparation for a half marathon. The exercises and friendly interaction met my needs for the immediate goals but also gave me exercises and discipline that I can continue using forever. Thank you!
