We are extremely impressed with how we were treated as customers. A few years ago we had a floor installed that was not appropriate for our house. (100+ year old farmhouse with janky floors!) After expressing our concern, Josh reached out and offered to make it right. The entire floor has been replaced at no cost to us. That’s how you do customer service!

Marc was absolutely fantastic to work with! We built a new home and didn’t 100 percent like the original carpet we picked and Marc was able to get us a new carpet and installed all within 3 days of each other. 100 percent will return here for all flooring and they did an amazing job on our all tile shower!
