Great staff especially the vet she explained everything in detail great unfortunate first vet visit

We have had multiple family members as well as our own experience with this pet clinic. Unfortunately all our experiences have been bad due to unnecessary and unexpected charges and double the price of what we found elsewhere. I don’t want to bad talk this business but I strongly urge you to stand strong on your wishes and expectations if you decide to take pets here. Unfortunately, myself and multiple family members at one point in time have had their loved pets reach end of life due to old age. The male veterinarian wanted to do all these tests and shots and other things when our pet died at home 2 weeks later after he refused to put them to sleep. So I feel our loved family pet suffered due to this and didn’t go in peace. It was traumatic going through. We found an amazing animal clinic in wakarusa that was even half the cost to be put to sleep for our other beloved family pet that was 18 years old. Please don’t settle check around if you aren’t happy and satisfied with what you’re being told.

The breeder I got my cane Corso uses this vet and he also clipped his ears. I decided to continue to use this vet since they are familiar with the breed as well as my dog. The front desk staff has always been friendly and available when needed. The vets are knowledgeable and handle my dog with care.

Goshen Animal Clinic is the best vet clinic in this area. All the staff is amazing! They were very patient with our old dog and the old people who own him. Dr Diane explains everything and follows up after care to check how treatment is going. I can't say enough about this clinic.

Thanks to the Dr at G.A.C. we have our furbaby home and alive. They are the most wonderful people here.

So thankful to have found a clinic that cares for birds. I drove down from Michigan after trying to find a bird vet closer to home. I was late due to lane closures and back ups but they still let me come. All the staff were very friendly. The vet spent a lot of time discussing my birds diet, care etc. Didn’t feel rushed and the bird care was great.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this clinic for years without any problems—until now. I told the doctor I was driving from Indiana to California, and he told me I needed a health certificate. What they failed to mention was that the certificate is only valid for a few days. When I followed up, they said too much time had passed and I needed to pay for another one, which cost me $80. After all that, I was then told that a health certificate isn’t even required if you’re driving. They also told me my pet needed rabies vaccinations, which also turned out to be false. I’m only 18 years old, and they took hundreds of dollars from me based on information that wasn’t even accurate. I was just trying to be responsible and prepared, and instead I was misled and taken advantage of. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Best veteran we have ever had. They take their time with our babies and really try to make them feel better and comfortable .
